New Coordinators

As a Story Dogs Coordinator, you'll come into contact with sensitive information: details about children, families, and schools that need to stay protected.

Before you start, you'll be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. It's a short form, and it's there to protect the people who trust us with their kids.

Once your signed NDA is received, your training access email will arrive within two business days.

Hi, I'm Amanda

I am thrilled to welcome you and look forward to guiding you through your Coordinator Training journey!

To give you a little background on my own journey, I have been a Story Dogs volunteer since 2016. Over the years, I’ve been visiting my local school with my two Golden Retrievers - Donny, who is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement, and Dudley, who is my current Story Dog.

In 2017, I expanded my involvement by becoming a Coordinator. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I love supporting my team of volunteers as they bring the joy of reading to life for children.

As your Trainer, I am excited to work with you so you can successfully lead, support, and inspire your own volunteer teams.
